According to Mr. Nguyen Tan Kiet, general director of the series of cultural and artistic activities with the theme of Colors of Uncle Ho's City , the community art performance called the Scarf Dance has profound content, with folk melodies mixed with modern beats, like the proud breath and passionate love of the people of the South for their homeland and country.

Early in the morning, people were present at Nguyen Hue Walking Street to participate in activities in the program "Colors of Uncle Ho's City" . At 6:30 p.m., the cavalry parade was organized by the Ministry of Public Security . Along with that was a brass band performance in front of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, including units of the Military Band of Military Region 7 and the Marching Band.
