Secondment of 02 civil servants of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to work at the People's Committees of communes

Pursuant to Decision No. 2446/QD-UBND dated October 17, 2025 of the People's Committee of Dien Bien province on approving the list of civil servants and public employees seconded to work at the People's Committees of communes and wards. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has sent 02 civil servants to work in Pu Nhi and Thanh An communes.

Accordingly, 02 civil servants of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, namely Mr. Nguyen Cao Thuong - Deputy Head of the Department of Culture and Family Management (bachelor's degree in electronics and information technology) will work in Pu Nhi commune; Mr. Lo Van Quang - Specialist of the Department of Culture and Family Management (bachelor's degree in cultural management) will work in Thanh An commune; The secondment period is 6 months, starting from October 20, 2025.

The assignment of civil servants with good moral qualities, strong political will, and appropriate professional qualifications to the grassroots level is the concretization of the correct and strategic policy of Dien Bien province, demonstrating the vision of innovation in personnel work, not only to enhance the capacity of the grassroots level, but also an opportunity for civil servants and public employees to be trained and mature from practice, and to be attached to the people and grassroots life.

After the secondment period ends, civil servants continue to work in the same position as before the secondment; at the same time, priority is considered in planning and appointing vacant leadership and management positions for civil servants and public employees who are assessed to have completed their tasks well or better during the secondment period./.
