Live firing at the 739th Infantry Regiment Shooting Range from October 26 to 29

(GLO)- The South Central Coast Mobile Police Regiment has just announced the safety of live ammunition firing at the 739th Infantry Regiment Shooting Range (Quy Nhon Tay Ward, Gia Lai Province).

Accordingly, the South Central Coast Mobile Police Regiment organized a live ammunition firing test for officers and soldiers of affiliated units in the Gia Lai area from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on October 27, 28, and 29, 2025, at the 739th Infantry Regiment Shooting Range (Suoi Trau Shooting Range) in Zone 6, Quy Nhon Tay Ward.

Specifically, the shooting range area borders Ban Cay Trat mountain in the North; Radar Vung Chua mountain and Ba Cuc mountain in the East; Hon Con mountain in the South; and residential area KV6, Quy Nhon Tay ward in the West.

Live ammunition firing direction is to the East (from the Northeast of the BB739 Regiment Command Headquarters 500m to the West slope of Vung Chua mountain).

To ensure the safety of people's lives and property, the South Central Coast Mobile Police Regiment requests that agencies, units, and localities coordinate to widely notify officers, soldiers, employees, workers, and people to not travel or graze livestock in the shooting range during the above time.
