Today, coffee in Dak Lak province is still being purchased by traders at 116,500 VND/kg; while in Lam Dong province it is 115,200 VND/kg.

Compared to the beginning of last week, coffee prices have edged up by 1,000-1,500 VND/kg. The increase is due to limited supply from the new harvest, even though concerns about Typhoon Fengshen did not materialize. The typhoon weakened upon landfall and caused virtually no damage to coffee-growing regions.
Experts predict that coffee prices may continue to rise slightly this week, fluctuating by about 2-5%, if the supply situation does not improve significantly.
On the world market, over the past week, the price of Robusta coffee for November 2025 delivery edged up slightly by 0.4%. Meanwhile, the price of Arabica for December 2025 delivery increased by as much as 1.4% due to a sharp decrease in certified inventories on the ICE exchange, amidst a slowdown in Brazilian exports after the US imposed a 50% import tariff on goods from that country.
This move has raised concerns about global supply, especially as Brazil—the world's largest coffee exporter—is being affected by trade tensions.
