Honoring exemplary workers and launching Workers' Month

On April 25, the Thai Nguyen City Labor Federation held a conference to honor grassroots unions, workers, civil servants, laborers, and party members who are exemplary workers in the 2020-2025 period and launched the Workers' Month in 2025.

Leaders of the Provincial and Thai Nguyen City Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee Chairman to outstanding workers.

In recent times, the emulation movement among workers, civil servants and laborers in Thai Nguyen City has continuously spread strongly, creating motivation from practical actions at the grassroots level. Through that, many typical and advanced collectives and individuals have emerged, actively contributing to the development of industrialization and modernization in the city.

With the theme "Vietnamese workers pioneering the new era", the 2025 Workers' Month is being implemented by the Thai Nguyen City Labor Federation in conjunction with a series of major events: Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30), the 139th anniversary of International Labor Day (May 1), the 71st anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7), the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19) and towards the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union.

Leaders of Thai Nguyen City Labor Federation commended party members who are exemplary workers.

During Workers' Month, trade unions at all levels in the city will coordinate with the government and businesses to organize many practical activities to care for workers, such as: visiting, giving gifts; supporting loans for economic development; organizing free health check-ups; monitoring working conditions; negotiating wages, bonuses, shift meals, etc.

On this occasion, 20 collectives, 29 workers, civil servants, and laborers, along with 30 party members who are exemplary workers, were awarded by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the People's Committee and the Labor Federation of Thai Nguyen City for their outstanding contributions in labor and work.
