Provincial Military Command inspects construction progress of defense projects

On this occasion, the delegation inspected the technical infrastructure system of the Provincial Defense Area Exercise Command; the progress of implementing basic construction projects of the Provincial Military Command , defense works, and combat works in the province.

After listening to the units report on the progress of construction projects, defense works, and combat works in the province, Colonel Phan Dai Nghia - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command emphasized that construction of combat works is a strategic task in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland; the defense works systems being built are of important and practical significance to consolidate the position and enhance the defense capability to protect the Fatherland.

The Commander of the Provincial Military Command requested units in charge of constructing combat works to strictly implement regulations and labor safety rules, organize construction in the correct order, comply with processes, standards and design documents approved by competent authorities. In addition, construction units promptly overcome the limitations pointed out by the inspection team, focus all resources, human resources, machinery, equipment, speed up the completion of projects and items; combine the implementation of works to ensure progress with the disbursement of investment capital in accordance with legal regulations; strengthen the inspection and supervision of construction quality; promptly reflect to resolve difficulties and problems in order to put the works into use on time as committed./.
