After considering the proposal of the Central Inspection Commission, the Politburo found that:

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phuc, during his tenure as Politburo member, Party Committee Secretary, and Prime Minister , violated Party and State regulations in performing assigned duties and tasks, in preventing and combating corruption and negativity; violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example; caused serious consequences, bad public opinion, and affected the prestige of the Party and State.

Ms. Truong Thi Mai, during her tenure as Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, and Head of the Party Central Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, violated Party and State regulations in performing assigned duties and tasks; violated regulations on controlling power in personnel work, regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and responsibilities to set an example; caused serious consequences, affecting the prestige of the Party and State.

Mr. Truong Hoa Binh, during his tenure as Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister of the Government, was irresponsible in leadership and direction; violated Party and State regulations in performing assigned duties and tasks, in preventing corruption and negativity; violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example; caused serious consequences, bad public opinion, and affected the prestige of the Party and State.

Based on the content, nature, level, consequences, and causes of violations by the above-mentioned Party members, according to the Party's regulations on disciplining violating Party members, the Politburo decided to issue warnings to Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phuc and Mr. Truong Hoa Binh and reprimand Ms. Truong Thi Mai.

Propose that competent authorities promptly enforce administrative discipline in line with party discipline.
