
On August 6, Nghe An Provincial Police said that a working delegation from the Ministry of Public Security led by Major General Nguyen Hong Nguyen, Deputy Chief of the Ministry of Public Security's Office, had just conducted a survey and worked with Nghe An province to urgently finalize a plan to launch a peak period of house construction for households and schools severely affected by storm No. 3.
According to the policy, in Nghe An province, the Ministry of Public Security will support and rebuild 500 collapsed, completely washed away, and urgently relocated houses; and support the repair of 500 houses severely damaged by floods. In My Ly commune, initially, 86 households have expressed their desire to build prefabricated houses from the Ministry of Public Security.

The working group of the Ministry of Public Security also surveyed the proposed location for rebuilding My Ly 2 Primary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities, My Ly commune.
In addition to surveying the construction of houses, representatives of the Ministry of Public Security and Nghe An Provincial Police also visited, encouraged and gave gifts to the people of My Ly commune - a locality that suffered heavy damage caused by floods.
According to the plan, on August 11, the Ministry of Public Security will coordinate with Nghe An province to launch a 40-day and night peak emulation campaign to build 500 houses and My Ly 2 Primary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities.
