The Ministry of Education and Training requires units to thoroughly educate cadres, teachers, students, etc. to be aware of obeying the law; coordinate with local authorities to strictly control services around schools such as shops, pawnshops, internet, loan sharking, lottery, etc.
Students are required to sign a commitment not to participate in gambling, betting, illegal loans, prostitution, possession of weapons, explosives, etc.
The Ministry also emphasized the need to step up propaganda to raise awareness of fraud, especially in cyberspace; and warned of the risk of students being lured into opening bank accounts or mobile phone subscriptions to commit illegal acts.
In addition, schools need to diversify communication methods to prevent human trafficking crimes disguised as invitations to export labor with "easy work, high salary".
The Ministry requires increased coordination between schools, families and localities in managing, detecting and preventing early risks of law violations among students.
