Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs and consults people on proposals for consideration of awards

Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 44, Decree 152/2025/ND-CP dated June 14, 2025 of the Government regulating decentralization and delegation of powers in the field of emulation and commendation; detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs publishes information for people to know and give opinions on the following proposals for consideration and awarding of commendations:

- Third-class Independence Medal to the Department of Foreign Policy for outstanding achievements in work from 2014-2025, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.

- First-class Labor Medal for the Southeast Asia-South Asia-South Pacific Department for outstanding achievements in work from 2019-2025, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.

- First-class Labor Medal for the Department of International Organizations for outstanding achievements in work from 2017-2025, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.

- Second-class Labor Medal to Mr. Nguyen Minh Vu, Vietnamese Ambassador to Cambodia, for his outstanding achievements in work from 2017-2025, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.

- Third-class Labor Medal for Mr. Nguyen Hai Luu, Deputy Director of the Foreign Policy Department, for his outstanding achievements in work from 2015-2025, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.

- Third-class Labor Medal for Mr. Tran Le Phuong, Deputy Director of the Department of Law and International Treaties for his outstanding achievements in work from 2018-2025, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.

- Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister to Mr. Ngo Trinh Ha, Consul General, Consulate General of Vietnam in Osaka - Japan for his outstanding achievements in work from 2019-2025, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.
