Speaking at the ceremony, Director of the Consular Department Doan Hoang Minh congratulated Mr. Luong Hoang Long on his appointment as Honorary Consul of Hungary. Director of the Consular Department Doan Hoang Minh believes that, in his new position, Mr. Luong Hoang Long will make positive contributions to the development of the Vietnam-Hungary relationship in general and the consular relationship in particular, especially when the two countries have just successfully organized the 75th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations (February 3, 1950 - February 3, 2025).
Director Doan Hoang Minh expressed his hope that Mr. Luong Hoang Long would contribute to further promoting cooperation between Hungary and localities in the consular area of the Honorary Consul, affirming that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as well as Vietnamese authorities will always accompany, coordinate, and create all conditions for the Honorary Consul to successfully complete his tasks.
