On March 7, Bac Giang Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.

At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh, Director of the Provincial Police Department, presented the decision to appoint Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen The Tuan (47 years old), Head of the Personnel Organization Department, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department from March 6, 2025.

Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh asked Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen The Tuan to continue to promote his capacity, strengths and experience in work; quickly take over the job, and together with the Party Committee and the Provincial Police Department's Board of Directors, build a clean, strong, disciplined, elite and modern force to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen The Tuan promised to promote his intelligence, capacity, experience, dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, together with the Standing Committee and leaders of the Provincial Police, to play a good advisory role for the Central Party Committee of the Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee to lead, direct, deploy and effectively implement public security tasks, firmly protect national security, and ensure social order and safety in the locality.

On the same day, in Phu Tho , authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Colonel Nguyen Minh Tuan, Director of the Provincial Police Department, also presented the decision to appoint Lieutenant Colonel Bui Quang Khoa, Head of the Police Department for Investigation of Crimes of Corruption, Economy, Smuggling, and Environment, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department.

The Provincial Police Director believes that in his new position, the new Deputy Director will continue to promote his capacity, strengths, and experience to excellently complete his tasks.

Lieutenant Colonel Bui Quang Khoa promised to work with the Party Committee and the Provincial Police Department to successfully carry out the task of ensuring national security, maintaining social order and safety, for the peaceful and happy life of the people.

Previously, on March 6, Colonel Ngo Thanh Binh, Director of Dien Bien Provincial Police, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, handed over the decision to appoint Senior Lieutenant Colonel Do Ngoc Minh (44 years old, from Phu Tho province), Head of the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Provincial Police.

Lieutenant Colonel Do Ngoc Minh affirmed that he will continuously study and research professional tasks, quickly grasp and closely follow the fields and areas assigned to him.

Mr. Mua A Vang holds the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Bien province. Mr. Mua A Vang, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Dien Bien Dong District Party Committee, has just been appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Bien province.
