The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that from yesterday evening, October 26, today and until October 28, the weather in Hue City - Da Nang City and the east of Quang Ngai province will have heavy to very heavy rain, with total rainfall ranging from 250-450mm, with some places over 600mm.

Ha Tinh - Quang Tri and the eastern provinces from Gia Lai - Dak Lak have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, with average rainfall of 70-150mm, in some places over 250mm. Warning of risk of rain intensity greater than 150mm/3 hours.

Southern region has showers, heavy to very heavy rain in the afternoon and evening. In Ho Chi Minh City, moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms are forecast. Total rainfall from the evening of October 26 to the end of October 28 will reach 80-150mm, in some places over 150mm.

Today, cold air will have a weak effect on other places in the Northeast and North Central regions, then affect some places in the Northwest and North Central regions. Northeast wind inland is strong at level 2-3, coastal areas at level 3-4. The North and North Central regions will have cold nights and mornings, and mountainous areas will be cold.
