The program aims to practically welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party; the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress; the 1st Patriotic Emulation Congress of Quang Tri province, period 2025-2030 and welcome the success of the 1st Congress of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

It is known that on this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee decided to award Certificates of Merit to 39 collectives and 41 typical advanced individuals in the province with outstanding achievements in patriotic emulation movements in the period 2020-2025.
