Ms. Pham My Hoa is the new Deputy Director of the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibitions.

On the afternoon of August 19, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) held a ceremony to hand over the appointment decision to officials. Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong chaired the ceremony.

At the ceremony, the representative of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced Decision No. 2899/QD-BVHTTDL of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on receiving and appointing Ms. Pham Thi My Hoa, Vice President of the Hanoi Women's Union, for a term of 5 years to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition. The appointment period is from August 11, 2025.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong said: "The reception and appointment of Deputy Director Pham Thi My Hoa is to complete the Department's apparatus and strengthen the staff force for units in performing professional work."

During this time, the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibitions is busy with a lot of work, especially preparing and serving major events of the country such as the 80th Anniversary of National Achievements Exhibition, celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.

Therefore, the Department needs to soon assign work so that comrade Pham Thi My Hoa can approach the job and promote her strengths and abilities in the new position," said Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong.

According to the Deputy Minister, although Deputy Director Pham Thi My Hoa has worked in the industry for a long time at the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports , always in the mindset of being a person of the industry, however, in the new working unit, the task is highly specialized and covers the whole country, requiring comrade Hoa to personally make great efforts.

Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong also requested Deputy Director Pham Thi My Hoa to quickly adapt to the new position, working environment, tasks and work; together with the units, continue to build internal solidarity, a strong leadership team of the Department; demonstrate innovative and creative thinking, dare to think, dare to do, uphold the spirit of responsibility, and complete all assigned tasks well.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Director Pham Thi My Hoa respectfully thanked the leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for trusting and appointing her to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition. "In the new position, I will try to approach the new work and working environment, contributing to the development of the unit; constantly strive to learn, strive to complete the assigned tasks well, and meet the expectations of the leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism", Ms. Pham Thi My Hoa expressed.

Ms. Pham Thi My Hoa is the former Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, with nearly 9 years of experience working in the cultural sector, in charge of the arts field, graduated in tourism management, and has a PhD in Cultural Studies from the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics .
