People of Dai Thanh commune petitioned many issues of people's lives.

On October 28, Dai Thanh commune organized a dialogue conference between leaders of Party committees and authorities with the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and people in the area.

Speaking at the dialogue, Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee Nguyen Manh Hien affirmed that, right from the implementation of the 2-level local government model, Dai Thanh identified administrative reform as a key breakthrough.

From July 1, 2025 to now, the commune has received 4,042 administrative records, of which 1,587 were in person, 2,444 were online and 11 were via the public postal service. As a result, 3,683 records were processed before and on time, reaching 91.12%; only 193 records were overdue (accounting for 4.77%) and 166 records were in the process of being processed...

Not only that, Dai Thanh is also a pioneer in applying digital technology to local governance. The Commune People's Committee has built the Zalo OA channel "Dai Thanh Commune People's Committee Official", which operates as an "official digital assistant" of the government.

The Commune People's Committee is also researching the "Smart Dai Thanh Commune" project, aiming to build a multi-functional interactive application platform similar to the city's "iHanoi app".

Facing the pressure of rapid urbanization, Dai Thanh identified land management and construction order as key areas that need to be tightened. From July 1 to October 15, the commune received 86 petitions related to land, including 81 recommendations, reflections and 5 complaints. To date, 69 petitions have been resolved (80%), and 17 petitions are in the process of being processed.

In addition, the commune organized 3 general environmental cleaning campaigns in the following areas: Mang Noi in Quynh Do village, riverside road in Tam Hiep area, Quynh Do resettlement area and the area adjacent to the railway in Ich Vinh village.

In the field of construction order, the commune has discovered and handled 21 violating constructions, of which 18 have been completed, the remaining 3 are expected to be completed before November 30, 2025.

At the dialogue conference, there were 14 opinions and recommendations from people focusing on socio -economic development and people's livelihood issues, such as: rural traffic infrastructure, village cultural houses, lighting, granting of land use right certificates, construction violations and environmental sanitation...

Mr. Nguyen Van Huan, Head of Ta Thanh Oai village, suggested that the commune should mechanize waste collection, because the area is large and the population is large, so manual collection is very difficult.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Khoa (Vinh Ninh village) pointed out the fact that many households have not been granted land use right certificates and hopes that the government will have a solution to remove obstacles when this procedure is decentralized to the commune...

The opinions were directly discussed and publicly answered by Chairman of the People's Committee Nguyen Van Hung and leaders of specialized departments and offices.

Chairman of the Commune People's Committee Nguyen Van Hung affirmed that the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of the Commune pay special attention to social security issues, prioritizing investment in essential projects such as: Village Cultural House, rural roads, intra-field traffic, granting land use right certificates to people... All opinions will be compiled by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and assigned to specialized agencies for research and resolution in the coming time.

Concluding the dialogue, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council Dang Duc Quynh highly appreciated the frankness and constructive spirit of the delegates and the people. In just nearly 4 months of operating the 2-level local government model, the People's Committee of the commune issued more than 2,262 documents, an average of more than 500 documents per month.

The Party Secretary requested the Commune People's Committee, socio- political organizations, village chiefs and Heads of the Front Work Committee to continue to promote their roles and promptly resolve issues at the grassroots level, especially in the fields of environmental sanitation, urban order and civilization, cemetery planning and civilized infrastructure.

In the coming time, the commune will focus resources on completing the treatment of all temporary garbage collection points, upgrading the traffic system, renovating the cultural house, and at the same time, building a new draft convention of Dai Thanh commune for people to comment on, in order to create a solid foundation for sustainable, civilized, and modern development...
