Go to each house to collect land data

After receiving the plan from the city, the People's Committee of Quang Minh commune promptly issued a specific implementation document, established a Steering Committee and assigned tasks to each specialized department, each village and residential group. The whole commune determined that this was a "total attack" on data, requiring both high technology and absolute accuracy and close coordination between the government and the people.

Vice Chairman of Quang Minh Commune People's Committee Hoang Quoc Thinh said that this campaign is not only meaningful in the present, but also has long-term significance for local development.

When data is standardized and fully updated, all activities related to land administrative procedures will be more transparent, people's rights will be guaranteed, and the government will have an accurate basis for planning and attracting investment.

To ensure progress, the commune mobilized all departments, branches and organizations to participate. All 31 villages in the area established land data review teams, coordinated with specialized staff to compare and update each user information, legal documents, land plot coordinates and changes through each stage.

Propaganda work was strongly deployed through loudspeakers, public meetings, and community social networks, helping people clearly understand the practical meaning of the campaign and voluntarily provide documents.

Ms. Tran Thi Thang, Head of Chi Dong 7 Village, shared: “The village officials did not hesitate to go to every alley, knock on every door, and guide people to prepare all necessary documents. Thanks to that, in just one week, 270/270 plots of land in the village completed collecting documents, reaching 100% of the plan. People understood that this was a good thing for themselves, so they actively cooperated.”

Thanks to the solidarity and synchronous participation, after only one week of implementation (from October 17 to 24), the whole commune has basically completed collecting copies of land use right certificates, citizen identification cards and related documents of about 25,000 land plots. The large volume of files processed quickly is a clear demonstration of the organizational capacity and sense of responsibility of the grassroots political system.

Entering the processing stage, the team of specialized staff of the Economic Department, the Land Registration Office, along with the force of union members and youths, entered, compared and verified data day and night to update the national land database system. Many staff worked until 11pm, including Saturdays and Sundays to keep up with the progress. The consistent spirit of the campaign was "doing it right", not allowing any mistakes, omissions or overlapping information.

Mr. Phung Cong The, Head of the Economic Department of Quang Minh Commune, said that this campaign is an opportunity to review and adjust the entire land use status, and at the same time "enrich" new data layers such as planning, technical infrastructure status and real-time fluctuations. When completed, the database will be a "digital map" that effectively serves both state management and socio-economic development. However, during the implementation process, challenges have also been revealed, such as many old records lacking information, some land plots have changed through many transfers, but have not been updated in time. Some grassroots cadres are still limited in digital skills. However, thanks to their proactiveness and openness, the commune has both completed the process and improved the capacity of the team.

Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Quoc Thinh Commune emphasized: "Completing land data is the foundation for reforming administrative procedures. When data is standardized, all information is public and transparent, people will submit documents faster, reducing waiting time and travel costs. The government can also easily control and prevent violations."

Not only serving the present, digital data also paves the way for smart applications in the future, such as real-time land fluctuation monitoring, online lookup, and support for accurate and scientific planning. This is also an important premise to help Quang Minh achieve its urban development goals and build a new model rural area in the period 2025 - 2030.

Therefore, although the city requires completion before November 30, Quang Minh commune is determined to reach the finish line before November 10. This goal demonstrates the high determination of the Party Committee and government in promoting comprehensive digital transformation from the grassroots level.

The campaign to “enrich and clean up” the land database is not only an administrative task, but also a strong transformation of Quang Minh commune on the journey towards e-government and digital society. People are the most direct and obvious beneficiaries when the data is transparent, accurate and synchronized.
