The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment considers rewarding outstanding collectives and individuals.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment held the second meeting of the Emulation and Reward Council to evaluate and select outstanding examples to submit to competent authorities for rewards.

On the morning of December 2, in Hanoi, the Emulation and Reward Council of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment held a meeting chaired by Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Phuong Hoa, First Vice President of the Council, to review and give opinions on the contents of rewards at the Ministry and Government levels and propose emulation titles at the State level.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Council, Mr. Nguyen Xuan An, Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, said that the Department has received the submissions from the units under the Ministry requesting consideration of the second round of rewards in 2025 for collectives and individuals; at the same time, posting the content for comments on the Ministry's Electronic Information Portal according to regulations and asking for the opinions of the People's Committees of relevant provinces and cities. All documents are reviewed and compared with the conditions and standards according to the Law on Emulation and Commendation 2022 and guiding documents.

Based on the synthesis and assessment, the Standing Body of the Council said that there are 3 collectives eligible to receive the Ministry's Emulation Flag and 1 collective eligible to receive the Government's Emulation Flag; 3 individuals eligible to receive the title of National Emulation Fighter; 11 individuals meeting the criteria to be considered for the Ministry's Emulation Fighter title for the period of the school years 2022 - 2023 to 2024 - 2025 and the period 2022 - 2024.

Regarding the Labor Medal, there is 1 collective and 1 individual who are eligible for the First Class Labor Medal; 4 individuals who are eligible for the Second Class Labor Medal; 19 individuals who are eligible for the Third Class Labor Medal. In addition, there are 3 individuals who are proposed to be commended for their contributions and are eligible for the Second Class Labor Medal and 3 individuals who are eligible for the Third Class Labor Medal.

Regarding the Prime Minister 's Certificate of Merit, the Standing Council determined that there were 2 groups and 32 individuals meeting the criteria to be presented to the Prime Minister for commendation.

Concluding the meeting, Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Phuong Hoa emphasized that emulation and reward work is an important management tool, contributing to creating motivation for innovation, spreading the spirit of dedication and improving the efficiency of the entire industry. Therefore, the selection must be carried out seriously, objectively, ensuring compliance with regulations and promptly honoring outstanding individuals and groups.
