The working delegation members inspected the actual training, combat readiness, and regular construction; Party and political activities; logistics and technical work; created scenarios and inspected the practice of training to fight against enemy air infiltration at the 57mm artillery site for a number of batteries of Battalion 12 (Brigade 71).

Through the inspection, the working delegation of the Ministry of National Defense highly appreciated the results of the implementation of tasks in all aspects of Brigade 71's work from the beginning of 2025 to present. In particular, the brigade has thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented resolutions, directives, conclusions, orders, and commands of superiors; strictly maintained combat readiness, command duty, duty, and guard duty.

The system of documents, training plans, combat readiness, lesson plans, and lectures are built tightly, closely following the unit's mission situation. The training program is fully organized with 100% satisfactory results, with over 80% of the results being good or excellent; deploying forces and organizing training to fight the enemy's air infiltration on the battlefield is skillful, fast, neat, and accurate, meeting the mission requirements well.

Logistics, finance, weapons, equipment, and technology are absolutely guaranteed for regular and emergency tasks; production increases strongly; barracks are regular, green, clean, and beautiful; the number of healthy soldiers regularly reaches over 99.2%.

Major General Pham Van Hoat suggested that in the coming time, the unit should continue to strictly maintain combat readiness, build discipline, manage ideology and discipline; grasp the area, coordinate closely with units and localities and practice combat plans, ensure good handling of situations, avoid being passive and surprised, especially during the peak of holidays, Tet, the 14th Party Congress and the upcoming 16th National Assembly election.
