On May 7, the Provincial Women's Union organized a training course on professional work for 143 Chairmen of the Women's Unions of communes, wards and towns in the province.
During the 3 days, the trainees were informed by leaders of a number of departments, branches and sectors of the province on the following topics: Thoroughly grasping the 2024 working theme of the Provincial Party Executive Committee "Maintaining discipline, enhancing responsibility, innovation, creativity, and real efficiency"; Propagating the policy of rearranging administrative units at district and commune levels for the period 2023-2030; Women participating in digital transformation; Safety for women and children in cyberspace; Methods of gathering and attracting members; Methods of supporting cooperatives and cooperatives managed by women.
The training course is organized to improve knowledge and skills, create strong changes in the Association's cadres at all levels in training political qualities, implementing regulations on discipline, ethics, culture, and responsibility in performing assigned tasks.
