Mr. Pham Minh Nghia, Deputy General Director of BSR , inspected and reviewed facilities at Van Tuong Residential Area to welcome people to take shelter from the storm.
On November 6, BSR coordinated with the Van Tuong commune authorities to welcome more than 60 people from coastal areas at risk of landslides, along with households without permanent housing, to take shelter from the storm at Van Tuong Collective Housing Area. During the reception, BSR staff and local forces always enthusiastically guided and helped people stabilize their accommodation, paying special attention to the elderly and children.
Mr. Pham Minh Nghia, Deputy General Director of BSR, directly inspected the current status, ensuring electricity, water, restrooms, rest rooms and logistics to serve people in emergency situations.

For families with young children, BSR provides fully equipped, clean and safe rooms.
At the shelter, BSR has prepared instant noodles, drinking water, and essential necessities to distribute to the people for free. Not only is it an action to respond to natural disasters, opening the residential area to welcome people also clearly demonstrates the culture of humanity and the spirit of sharing "BSR - responsibility to the community". This is a good tradition that has been maintained for many years, especially when the locality is affected by storms and natural disasters.
These practical, timely and humane actions have spread the spirit of "helping each other" during the stormy season, contributing to strengthening the trust and close relationship between BSR and the community around Dung Quat Oil Refinery.
