Dak Lak Provincial Post Office proactively adapts to new model

On May 29, 2025, Deputy General Director Pham Anh Tuan and the working delegation of Vietnam Post Corporation had a working session with Dak Lak Provincial Post Office to inspect the implementation of the new production organization model, and at the same time listen to and resolve difficulties arising during the implementation process.

At the meeting, representatives of departments, centers and grassroots units reported initial results in clearly separating the Business and Operational blocks. Opinions also frankly raised practical difficulties related to the assignment of tasks, assignment of targets, coordination between sales and delivery, debt settlement and customer care.

Deputy General Director Pham Anh Tuan acknowledged the proactive and determined spirit of the Dak Lak Provincial Post Office in implementing the new model. In particular, the unit's early application of the salary calculation mechanism by stages is considered a fundamental step, creating a favorable foundation for adapting to the new organizational method. He emphasized the role of customer care, debt management, accurate reconciliation and optimizing the operational efficiency of the postal staff.

Concluding the meeting, the Corporation's leaders affirmed: "The change in model is not only to streamline the apparatus, but more importantly, to clearly define responsibilities, improve operational efficiency and improve income for employees. The Corporation will continue to support the unit in deploying new HRM software, timekeeping system, postal call recording tools and investing in equipment such as conveyor belts to reduce labor workload."

On behalf of the staff, Mr. Nguyen Anh Dung - Director of the Provincial Post Office - expressed his gratitude for the close attention of the Corporation, and committed to continue to improve the organizational model, develop the sales force, focus on services that bring in revenue and ensure stable income for employees.
