On March 10, Cau Giay Central Post Office - Vietnam Post Corporation in coordination with the Immigration Management Department PA08 opened a point for issuing/changing passports and returning administrative procedures at the Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center - Branch No. 2, located at 85 Dich Vong Hau, Dich Vong Hau Ward, Cau Giay, Hanoi to create favorable conditions for people to issue/change passports and receive administrative procedure results via the Post Office.

Cau Giay Central Post Office in coordination with Immigration Management Department PA08 opened a point for issuing and exchanging passports and returning administrative procedures.

The operation of this reception point not only helps reduce the pressure on the authorities but also brings maximum convenience to people when they need to issue new or renew passports. Here, people will be guided to declare documents, submit documents and fees related to passport issuance procedures online. Instead of having to travel far and wait for a long time at immigration management agencies, people can easily go to the Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center - Branch No. 2 - a convenient location - to complete the documents quickly, saving time and effort.
