Every year, people in Vinh Linh district joyfully welcome the traditional New Year of the nation starting with the flag-raising ceremony on the first day of the Lunar New Year. This morning, February 10, the first day of the first lunar month of the year of the Dragon - 2024, this ceremony continued to be held enthusiastically by residential areas, attracting the participation of many people from all walks of life.

From early morning, all people gathered at the central cultural houses in the neighborhoods and residential areas to carefully prepare for the flag-raising ceremony at the beginning of the new year. In the sacred atmosphere of heaven and earth on the first day of the new spring, under the national flag, in front of the portrait of Uncle Ho, all cadres, party members and people solemnly performed the flag-raising ceremony.
