Patriotic emulation movements have spread widely, creating a driving force for comprehensive development, contributing to strengthening national defense and security, improving people's lives and affirming Tay Ninh's position in the key economic region of the South.

Tay Ninh Provincial Leaders Receive Emulation Flag from the Government

On the morning of October 30, the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province organized the Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress for the period 2025 - 2030.

Attending the congress were comrade Nguyen Van Quyet, Secretary of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee; along with leaders, former leaders of the province, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, Labor Heroes and 400 typical and advanced delegates representing sectors, localities and enterprises of Tay Ninh province.

In his opening speech, Mr. Nguyen Van Ut, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Emulation and Reward Council of Tay Ninh province affirmed that the patriotic emulation movement has spread widely, creating a driving force for comprehensive development. Many typical movements have been effectively implemented such as "Tay Ninh joins hands to build new rural areas", "Tay Ninh for the poor - leaving no one behind", "Tay Ninh determined to eliminate temporary, dilapidated houses" and "Cadres, civil servants and public employees compete to implement office culture"...

Thanks to practical emulation movements, many socio -economic development indicators of Tay Ninh have achieved impressive results. By October 2025, the provincial budget revenue reached more than 42,000 billion VND, ranking in the top 10 localities with the highest economic scale and foreign investment attraction in the country, ranking 3rd in the country in terms of Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI). Emulation movements have contributed to strengthening national defense and security, improving people's lives and affirming Tay Ninh's position in the Southern key economic region.

At the congress, many typical and advanced collectives and individuals were commended, including outstanding examples such as Doctor Tran Kim Nhi, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Khanh Hoang, Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Hoang Du, businessman Le Viet Dong Hieu and disabled athlete Nguyen Thi Sari.

Tay Ninh Provincial leaders awarded Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements.

Launching the patriotic emulation movement in the locality for the period 2025 - 2030, Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut called on the entire Party Committee, government and people in the province to continue promoting the tradition of "courage and resilience", solidarity, creativity, and striving to compete to successfully complete the goals set out in the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress.

At the congress, the leaders of Tay Ninh province awarded the First Class Labor Medal to Long Hau Joint Stock Company, the Third Class Labor Medal to 9 individuals with outstanding achievements in production, business and work; and the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit to 1 collective and 7 individuals of Tay Ninh province.

Tay Ninh province also received the Government's Emulation Flag for its leading achievements in the patriotic emulation movement in 2024, the emulation cluster of the Southwestern provinces.
