According to data from Coc Coc browser, during the period of July 1 - September 4, 2025, more than 7.2 million searches related to the 80th National Day Celebration on September 2 were recorded, focusing mainly on the keywords "September 2," "Celebration," "National Day." The level of interest of Internet users increased sharply from the second half of August 2025 and peaked on National Day, demonstrating the eagerness and jubilant spirit of the entire population.
The search wave exploded, heading towards the national festival
According to Coc Coc, users not only look up the schedule, route, and parade organization chart, but also curiously ask the question "How many years does the parade take place?" The trend of "camping" to watch the parade live has also become a phenomenon, leading to a sudden increase in searches for central streets in Hanoi such as Hung Vuong, Le Hong Phong, Ngoc Ha, Le Duan, Nguyen Thai Hoc, Kim Ma, Lieu Giai,...
In addition to current news, the cultural and artistic sector also contributed to the explosion of search waves. The movie Red Rain, released on August 22, 2025, inspired by the 81 days and nights of Quang Tri Citadel , created a "fever" with 1.8 million searches in just 3 weeks, peaking on September 2. Related keywords such as "Red Rain actors", "Red Rain soundtrack", "Red Rain revenue" all reached the top trending.

Patriotic music also has a strong presence. The national anthem continues to affirm its everlasting value as the most searched song on A80.
New songs such as: Continuing the story of peace (spread from A50 to A80), What's more beautiful and Pain in the midst of peace (Red Rain soundtrack) are on top of searches, along with many other compositions such as Bright Prosperity of Vietnam, My House Has a Flag, The Road to the Front...

These melodies have blended with historical memories, creating a "spiritual playlist" that connects today's generation with the immortal tradition of patriotism.
Special Independence Day gift from the Fatherland
A special highlight that caused a stir in the cyberspace was the "100,000 VND" gift given to each citizen on the occasion of National Day, according to the Prime Minister's Official Dispatch 149/CD-TTg. Immediately after the information was announced, the number of searches for keywords related to how to receive the gift skyrocketed from August 28 and peaked on August 29.

Not only does this gift represent material support, it also becomes a spiritual symbol, demonstrating the Party and State's care for people's lives, as well as reminding us of the sacred value of peace after 80 years of independence.
Another interesting highlight during the A80 occasion is the explosion of searches for patriotic accessories. Hundreds of thousands of queries revolved around products bearing the national flag symbol such as flags, shirts, scarves, hats, stickers, etc., showing the need of people to "wear the colors of the Fatherland" during the special festival season.
On social networks, images of streets red with flags, people wearing shirts printed with red flags with yellow stars, holding small flags cheering for the parade… have become visual symbols of the A80. These accessories are not only decorative items, but also a way for today’s generation to express their love for the country, spreading the spirit of national unity.

About two weeks before National Day, the number of visits to the A80 Electronic Information Portal increased dramatically, peaking on August 21 (First practice round) and August 29 (Rehearsal round). At the same time, the Government Electronic Information Portal and many major electronic newspapers also recorded high traffic, showing the strong need of people to access official and accurate information about the great ceremony.
People also actively looked up road closure schedules and weather forecasts to prepare to watch the grand ceremony.

On September 2, the keyword "fireworks" increased dramatically, becoming a hot search spot and ending the series of activities of the historic holiday season with a brilliant performance.
"Every search click, every website opened is not simply a need for information, but also a testament to the patriotism of Vietnamese hearts always turning towards their roots," shared Ms. Mai Thi Thanh Oanh - Deputy General Director of Coc Coc.
Coc Coc's "A80 Imprint" report not only reflects search behavior, but is also a vivid slice of community consciousness on the national holiday. A80 therefore not only marks the milestone of 80 years of national independence, but has also become an epic for hundreds of millions of Vietnamese hearts to beat in harmony with the shape of the Fatherland./.
