Tomorrow (July 1), Hanoi parents will begin registering their children online for first grade, sixth grade and kindergarten. Below are instructions on how to register online for primary school admission, as recently provided by the Hanoi Department of Education and Training.
Accordingly, from July 1, kindergartens, primary schools, and secondary schools in Hanoi will officially enroll 5-year-old preschool children and 1st and 6th graders for the 2023-2024 school year.
To help parents understand the specific steps and minimize errors, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training has provided instructions on how to register for online admission.
Parents log in to the Admissions Portal of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, at https://tsdaucap.hanoi.gov.vn and follow the steps as instructed below:
From July 1, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training's Admissions Portal officially opened. Online registration time is divided by age.
Accordingly, parents with children entering grade 1 can start registering online from July 1 to July 3. The registration period for 5-year-old children is from July 4 to July 6; the registration period for grade 6 is from July 7 to July 9.
After the deadline for online registration on the system, parents can go directly to the school to complete the enrollment procedures. The enrollment period for 5-year-old preschool, grade 1 and grade 6 of the schools is implemented uniformly from July 13 to July 18, 2023.
In the 2023-2024 school year, statistics from districts, towns and cities show that compared to the previous school year, the number of students of admission age to 5-year-old preschool and grades 1 and 6 increased by more than 50,000, of which the strongest increase was in grade 6, about 38,800 students.
The Hanoi Department of Education and Training also directed facilities to make efforts to prepare conditions to meet the needs of all students, trying to avoid overload.
