- 200g sweet potato (1 medium-sized potato)

- 100g glutinous rice flour

- 1 gram of yeast

- Condensed milk

- Black sesame

Wash, peel, and chop the sweet potatoes, then steam them until soft. Place the sweet potatoes in a large bowl, then add condensed milk and mash them while they are still hot. Note that sweet potatoes are quite sweet, so you can adjust the amount of condensed milk to your liking.
