In 2021, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee issued a document terminating the King Palace project and assigned relevant units to implement it. In November 2023, Da Lat City People's Committee announced that the lease contract at the King Palace project would be terminated after 60 days. However, to date, the project continues to operate.
