The Standing Committee of Can Tho City Party Committee has just organized a training conference on using software to monitor the progress of party congresses at all levels via the VNeID application and vote counting software to serve party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

The conference was held in both direct and online formats, connecting from the main bridge point of Can Tho City Party Committee Hall to online bridges of district Party Committees, county Party Committees and Party Committees directly under the City Party Committee.

At the conference, 775 delegates representing leaders, cadres, civil servants of the organizing committee, offices of Party committees at all levels and cadres of Party organizations in the city were trained on the content of the software to monitor the progress of Party congresses at all levels through the VNeID application, including: instructions on how to use and exploit the software; issues related to professional matters, ensuring smooth and effective operation of the software.

At the same time, training on the content of vote counting software serving the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term includes: introducing computerized vote counting software; instructions on using the main functions of the software to manage election information at the congress, update the election list, create sample ballots and other information related to the election at the congress; instructions on using the automatic and semi-automatic vote counting function; confirming vote counting results; summarizing vote counting results; printing results, vote counting minutes, exporting vote counting results to presentation files.

The conference guided cadres, civil servants of the organizing committee, offices of Party committees at all levels and cadres of Party bases on how to use and exploit the software to monitor the progress of Party congresses at all levels, meeting the requirements for cadres, civil servants and Party members assigned to monitor and update the progress and results of Party congresses at all levels in a timely manner according to regulations; helping leaders monitor and update the results of Party congresses at all levels for timely direction.
