The Standing Committee of the Can Tho City Party Committee recently organized a training conference on the use of software to monitor the progress of Party congresses at all levels via the VNeID application and vote counting software for Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
The conference was held in a hybrid format, combining in-person and online participation, connecting the main venue at the Can Tho City Party Committee Hall with online connection points at district and county Party committees and Party committees directly under the City Party Committee.

At the conference, 775 delegates, including leaders, officials, and civil servants from the organizing committees and Party committee offices at all levels, as well as officials from Party branches throughout the city, received training on the software for monitoring the progress of Party congresses at all levels via the VNeID application. This included instructions on how to use and utilize the software, and issues related to operational procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the software.
Simultaneously, training will be provided on the content of the vote counting software for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, including: an introduction to the computer-based vote counting software; instructions on using the main functions of the software for managing election information at the congress, updating election lists, creating ballot templates and other election-related information; instructions on using automatic and semi-automatic vote counting functions; confirming vote counting results; summarizing vote counting results; printing results and minutes of vote counting, and exporting vote counting results to presentation files.
The conference provided guidance to officials and civil servants of the Party Committee's organizing committees and offices at all levels, as well as officials of grassroots Party organizations, on how to use and utilize the software for monitoring the progress of Party congresses at all levels. This meets the requirements for officials, civil servants, and Party members assigned to monitor and update the progress and results of Party congresses at all levels in a timely manner as prescribed; and helps leaders monitor and update the results of Party congresses at all levels to provide timely guidance.
