In the past 24 hours, Quang Ngai province has had moderate to heavy rain, and some places have had very heavy rain. Rainfall from 02:00 on October 24 to 02:00 on October 25 generally reached 50 - 100mm; in some places over 100mm such as: At Ba Dien station (Ba Vinh commune) 173.2mm, Tra Thanh station (Thanh Bong commune) 144.6mm. Soil moisture model shows that some areas in Quang Ngai province are nearly saturated or have reached a state of near saturation of over 80%.

According to the Quang Ngai Province Hydrometeorological Station, in the coming hours, areas in the province will continue to have moderate to heavy rain, some places will have very heavy rain with accumulated rainfall ranging from 10 - 30 mm, some places over 40 mm.

Risk of flash floods on small rivers and streams in mountainous areas; landslides on steep slopes, land subsidence in communes in the province.
