Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Hoa Binh attended the Great Unity Day of Pho Re residential area, An Nghia commune.

On the morning of November 9, comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court attended and shared in the 2023 National Great Unity Festival in Pho Re residential area, An Nghia commune (Lac Son). P Ho Re has 115 households and 458 people. (Muong ethnic group 65%). The people are always united, actively implementing patriotic emulation movements and campaigns, especially the 5 contents of the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas". The appearance of the residential area has been renewed. In 2023, the average income reached 52.5 million VND/person; there are only 2 poor households and 3 near-poor households. 100% of households have access to clean water and safe electricity ; children of school age are all able to go to school , no students drop out of school ; 100% of people participate in health insurance. The socio-economic development, cultural identity is preserved, security and order are ensured, 100% of households have security cameras . The people well implement the village covenants, conventions , and civilized lifestyles in weddings, funerals, and festivals; 92% of households are cultural families. Pho Re is a cultural residential area. During the year, the people contributed 38.5 million VND to repair the cultural house, and contributed working days to renovate the cultural house area and the Muong Khoi War Zone stele house.

Launching the patriotic emulation movement in 2024, Pho Re strives for an average income of 56.5 million VND/ person ; over 95% of households achieve cultural families , maintaining cultural residential areas. At the festival, collectives and individuals with achievements in building residential areas and achieving exemplary cultural families for 3 consecutive years were commended and rewarded.

Speaking at the festival, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Hoa Binh congratulated and was impressed by the comprehensive results of a mountainous residential area. Especially a locality rich in revolutionary traditions, home to the Muong Khoi Revolutionary War Base relic. He hoped that the people would continue to promote the achievements of 2023, unite to build an increasingly prosperous and civilized residential area. The people strictly abide by the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's and local laws; actively carry out patriotic emulation campaigns and movements; preserve the nation's fine cultural identity.

The Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court affirmed that the Party and State always create conditions and pay attention to supporting the improvement of the material and spiritual life of the people. He requested that the Party Committee, the government, the Fatherland Front and its member organizations continue to arouse the strength of great national unity, promote the will, aspiration and spirit of creative emulation in all classes of people to actively participate in building and defending the country in the new situation . Continue to have many specific and practical actions and deeds to care for the material and spiritual life of the people . Coordinate and effectively implement ethnic programs and policies in the area; synchronously develop the fields of education, health, culture and society, improve the lives of the people, ensure social security . On this occasion, Comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court presented a congratulatory flower basket and a television to Pho Re; presented 40 gifts, worth 2.5 million VND/gift (2 million VND in cash and 1 warm blanket worth 500,000 VND) to meritorious people, policy families, village elders, and prestigious people of the commune; presented 1 billion VND to the province to carry out social security work.

Comrade Ngo Van Tuan, member of the Party Central Committee, State Auditor General, presented 10 bicycles to disadvantaged students of the commune. The Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of the province presented flowers and a gift of an amplifier to the residential area. Some departments and branches of the province and Lac Son district also presented meaningful gifts to the residential area.
