In the 2020-2025 term, the production value of the agriculture - forestry - fishery sector reached more than 325,973 million VND, the industry - construction sector reached more than 85,469 million VND, the service sector reached over 186 billion VND; average income per capita reached 54.94 million VND; total annual state budget revenue increased by 25.69%.
By the end of 2024, the poverty rate will decrease to 3.16%; the near-poor household rate will decrease to 3.58%; 8/8 schools will meet national standards level 1 and 1/8 schools will meet standards level 2; the rate of cultural households will reach 91.64%; 96.85% will participate in universal health insurance; 99.34% will use clean water for daily life...
Regarding Party building, the Party Committee has focused on innovating leadership methods, improving the capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization and the contingent of cadres and Party members. Currently, the entire Party Committee of Dam Rong 3 commune has 27 Party organizations including 2 grassroots Party Committees, 3 grassroots Party cells and 22 Party cells directly under the Commune Party Committee with a total of 447 Party members. From 2020-2024, the Commune Party Committee has admitted 78 outstanding people into the Party.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Thuyen - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Dam Rong 3 commune affirmed: "In the past term, the breakthroughs in the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress for the term 2020 - 2025 were implemented synchronously by the local Party Committee and authorities with great determination and effort in organization and implementation. Thereby, Dam Rong 3 commune has achieved many remarkable results".
Specifically, administrative reform has many positive changes; the staff and civil servants associated with job positions have been effectively implemented. The commune has focused on investing in infrastructure to serve digital transformation associated with administrative procedure reform; enhancing the application of information technology in Party and State agencies, promoting e-government, digitized databases, and shared database systems have created favorable conditions for State agencies, people, and businesses to easily look up. The fields of high-tech agriculture, service development, smart rural areas, digital economy, and digital transformation have been focused on development. Training and fostering of staff and civil servants has been enhanced, especially young female staff and ethnic minorities.
The locality mobilized and managed well investment resources to develop economic and social infrastructure in a synchronous manner, using State resources to mobilize social resources with a focus on developing transport infrastructure such as: building and putting into use over 50 inter-village and inter-commune roads. In particular, the inter-commune road connecting Da R'sal - Da M'rong, the Da R'sal - Ro Men road... have been effective, promoting local socio-economic development.
Firmly entering the new term
Comrade Tran Duc Bac, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dam Rong 3 commune said: “On the basis of merging the two communes of Da R'sal and Da M'rong (old Dam Rong district) and taking the name Dam Rong 3 with a natural area of 139.38 km² and a population of 15,841 people; of which ethnic minorities account for 49%, distributed in 13 villages. In the 2025 - 2030 term, the locality focuses on mobilizing resources, taking advantage of support from all levels and sectors to develop the economy - society quickly and comprehensively. In which, focusing on clearly improving and synchronizing the infrastructure system to encourage and attract investment from outside".
Along with that, Dam Rong 3 commune continues to promote sustainable poverty reduction associated with maintaining and preserving, promoting the local ethnic cultural identity. The locality links socio-economic development with environmental protection; ensures national defense, security, political stability and social order and safety. Thereby, creating strong changes in Party building, political system; consolidating the great national unity bloc; improving the quality of life of the people.
Dam Rong 3 today wears a new coat, in every house, the way of life has changed, people's lives have been significantly improved. The Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Dam Rong 3 commune affirmed: "Together with localities in the whole province, the Party Committee, government and people of Dam Rong 3 commune are determined to excellently complete the targets set in the new term; including strengthening the building of a clean and strong Party and political system; arousing the will, aspiration to contribute and the strength of solidarity of all classes of people; maintaining national defense and security; promoting all resources, making breakthroughs. Striving to make Dam Rong 3 commune a fairly developed commune of Lam Dong province by 2030".
