In addition to the previously reported area, on October 29, the province recorded and updated the damage situation in a number of localities in the province.

In particular, in Hong Son commune, some houses were flooded, damaging some people's belongings and machinery; nearly 800 hectares of agricultural area including rice, crops, dragon fruit and nearly 1,200 chickens and 2 pigs were swept away; a 20m ditch bank (the ditch leading water from Ham Xau to Bau Tuyet field) was broken.

Hong Thai commune was flooded with 80 houses, causing damage to about 350 hectares of rice, 250 hectares of vegetables, 15 livestock, and 135 poultry. The commune has not yet assessed the extent of the damage. D'Ran commune was flooded with 42 houses, and some property of the people was damaged, 25 hectares of vegetables were flooded, and 3 inter-village bridges and culverts were eroded. Ham Liem commune was flooded with about 150 hectares of rice, 120 hectares of dragon fruit, and 30 hectares of vegetables; Ta Nang commune was flooded with 0.7 hectares of vegetables.

Currently, localities are continuing to review and summarize the damage situation. At the same time, functional forces, local authorities and people are still on duty and proactively taking measures to respond to floods.
According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment, on October 29, flood water levels in some areas have receded, but some localities are still experiencing flooding of houses, traffic, and agricultural production such as Ham Thuan Bac, Ham Thuan, Ham Liem, Ham Kiem, and Tuyen Quang .
According to forecasts from professional agencies, from the night of October 29 to October 30, in many areas of Lam Dong province, there will be rain, moderate rain with rainfall of 20 - 40mm, locally heavy to very heavy rain of over 100mm.
