He requested the Party Committee and authorities of Vinh Loc district and localities to continue to pay attention, take care of, and well implement the Party and State's "gratitude" regime and policies for families of policy beneficiaries and people with meritorious services, including former Dien Bien soldiers, former youth volunteers, and frontline laborers who directly served in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign.
