The family of Ms. Vo Thi Thuy Linh (living in Long An ward) took a photo together to preserve the beautiful memories.
Every summer, Vo Thi Thuy Linh's family (living in Long An ward, Tay Ninh province) plans to organize trips for their children to different provinces and cities. This year, Linh's family chose Khanh Hoa province and Ho Chi Minh City as their destinations. Here, the children can enjoy themselves at the VinWonders entertainment area (Vinpearl Land), visit the Institute of Oceanography and visit many famous places such as Hon Chong, Ponagar tower, Long Son pagoda, Mountain church, etc.
On the way back, the family stopped by Bau Trang to explore the unique natural landscape there. After that, the family had a short trip to Vung Tau ward (Ho Chi Minh City) to enjoy the fresh sea air and relax the children before starting the new school year.
Ms. Linh said: “The family maintains the habit of saving by keeping a common “piggy bank”. Every month, my husband and I take a portion of our income, plus the scholarship money and small savings of our two children, and put it in there. In the summer, the savings are used for family trips. This saving helps the family be financially proactive and turns trips into worthy rewards after a year of studying and working hard.”
According to Ms. Linh, Vietnam has many famous landscapes. Each locality has its own culture and characteristics. The trips not only help children broaden their knowledge, explore nature and people, but also help them love and be proud of their country.
“My children are still young, I want to go to many places with them and experience many things. Because in a few years, when they grow up, are busy with their studies, have their own concerns, the time spent with the family will also gradually decrease. I hope that on their journey to adulthood, they will feel the companionship of their family and understand that family is their support and a peaceful place for them to return to,” Linh shared.
Like Linh’s family, Le Hai Yen’s family (living in Binh Duc commune) also wants their children to have a complete summer vacation. “The children study hard all year, and their parents work hard, so summer is a time to have fun and travel to recharge their batteries for the new school year,” Yen said.
The couple decided to take their children on a trip to Da Lat (Lam Dong province). The trip left many beautiful memories when the whole family visited places such as Lam Vien Square, Valley of Love, Datanla Waterfall Tourist Area,...
Through the trips, Le Hai Yen's family has more time to be close, talk and understand each other better. It is also an opportunity for the couple to observe how their children express their emotions and behave in different situations. If they find that the educational method is not suitable for the psychology of their age, they will promptly adjust to make raising their children more effective and closer.
A fulfilling summer not only helps children relax and recharge, but is also an opportunity for families to bond. Although simple, these trips bring great spiritual value, motivating children to enter the new school year with joy and excitement./.
