Proactively review information and material price movements

BAC NINH - The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued Document No. 781/UBND-KTN on reviewing and announcing construction material prices, labor unit prices, machine and construction equipment prices, and construction price indexes in the province under the direction of the Ministry of Construction.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Finance and relevant agencies and units to proactively review information and price developments of construction materials in the area; develop forms of receiving information reflecting unusual fluctuations in construction material prices, cases of hoarding, price inflation, and selling prices higher than the announced prices; promptly advise, propose, and have solutions to handle and stabilize the market.

Along with that, focus on directing the review and organization of surveys to announce construction material prices, construction labor unit prices, prices of construction machinery and equipment, and construction price indexes in accordance with regulations on time and frequency of announcement (monthly, quarterly). Urgently organize surveys and announce prices of construction machinery and equipment according to Circular No. 08/2025/TT-BXD of the Ministry of Construction .
