The Department of Industry and Trade directs markets, supermarkets, production and business establishments under its management to strictly implement disease prevention and control measures; according to their functions and tasks, proactively coordinate closely with relevant departments and branches in disease prevention and control, especially dangerous diseases in humans.

The Provincial Economic Zone Management Board coordinates with relevant sectors to implement epidemic prevention and control work at border gates, ensuring that functional forces carry out procedures and tasks of medical quarantine, animal and goods quarantine according to regulations.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism directs media agencies, newspapers and grassroots media systems to strengthen communication on disease prevention and control; coordinate in providing recommendations and instructions for people to implement personal disease prevention measures, get vaccinated and change behavior, and improve health.

People's Committees of districts, towns and cities strengthen leadership and direction of relevant departments, branches, communes, wards and towns to effectively implement disease prevention and control work, not be subjective or negligent, and effectively prevent the spread of the disease.

Direct the People's Committees of communes, wards, towns and specialized departments of the district to strengthen supervision, early detection of suspected cases, timely handling of outbreaks, preventing outbreaks from spreading to the community; strictly handle cases of illegal animal trading, of unknown origin, without a license according to regulations.

Strengthen communication on disease prevention and control measures, especially infectious diseases, respiratory diseases...; ensure food safety and hygiene during holidays and tourist seasons.
