Chairman of the Russian State Duma visits the Vietnam - Russia Tropical Center
On the evening of September 28, in Hanoi, Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin and a high-ranking delegation, along with Senior Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Central Military Commission, and Deputy Minister of National Defense, visited the Vietnam-Russia Tropical Center.
