On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Party agencies, congratulating comrade Le Khanh Hai and speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the Central Party Committee, Chief of the Central Office Le Hoai Trung emphasized: The Party badge is not only a testament to the working journey and the process of steadfastly striving for revolutionary ideals, but also a sacred symbol of loyalty, steadfast political qualities and high sense of responsibility of communist party members.

Recalling the process of striving and growing up as the Head of the Office of the President, comrade Le Hoai Trung said that comrade Le Khanh Hai was born into a family with a rich tradition of patriotism and revolution in the heroic "land of fire" in Trieu Thanh commune, Trieu Phong district, Quang Tri province. Promoting the traditions of his hometown and family, he soon became enlightened about the Party's ideals, with youthful enthusiasm, trained and strived very early in the military environment from the first days of studying and working.

Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Office Le Hoai Trung affirmed that during 40 years of standing in the Party's ranks, comrade Le Khanh Hai has been trained, worked in many different agencies and units from the South to the North, experienced many positions, tasks, and fields from local to central levels. During the process of training, studying, and working, regardless of his position, comrade Le Khanh Hai has always been absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland, and the people, has pure moral qualities, is devoted, modest, receptive, and wholeheartedly serves the revolutionary cause, and is always respected and loved by the collective of cadres and party members. He has excellently fulfilled the assigned responsibilities and tasks, worthy of the trust of the Party, the State, and the people.
