At the awards ceremony, on behalf of the President of Vietnam, the Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, Thai Thanh Quy, presented the First, Second, and Third Class Labor Orders to five individuals, specifically:
The First Class Labor Medal was awarded to Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and former Chairman of the Provincial People's Council of Nghe An province.
The Labor Order, Second Class, was awarded to the following comrades: Bui Thanh An - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province; and Dang Thanh Tung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief of the Office of the People's Committee of Nghe An province.
The Labor Order, Third Class, was awarded to the following comrades: Le Dinh Ly - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Organization Department; and Chu The Huyen - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief Inspector of Nghe An Province.
