After the President and his wife performed the traditional carp releasing ceremony at Nha Rong Wharf, the delegation offered flowers in memory of President Ho Chi Minh at the President Ho Chi Minh Monument Park (on Nguyen Hue walking street, District 1).

The program "Spring Homeland 2024" is co-organized by the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese - Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, taking place on February 1 and 2 (ie December 22 and 23) in Ho Chi Minh City.
