On the morning of March 17, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man chaired a meeting of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee on a number of contents related to the project on the direction of the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term and the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Election of National Assembly Deputies and People's Council Deputies.
At the same time, it is the progress of work to serve the amendment and supplementation of a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution.
Speaking here, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man said that at this meeting, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee will give opinions on a number of contents to serve the streamlining of the apparatus to submit to competent authorities.
In that spirit, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee will discuss the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Election of National Assembly Deputies and People's Council Deputies.
