The National Assembly elected new positions for Mr. Le Quang Manh, Mr. Nguyen Huu Dong, and Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai.

The National Assembly passed a resolution to elect Mr. Le Quang Manh as Secretary General and Head of the National Assembly Office, Mr. Nguyen Huu Dong as Chairman of the Delegation Work Committee and Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai as Chairman of the Science, Technology and Environment Committee.

On the morning of October 25, the National Assembly held a closed-door meeting on personnel matters, chaired by National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man .

At the session, the National Assembly heard presentations on draft resolutions concerning personnel matters.

Subsequently, the National Assembly voted to pass resolutions electing Mr. Le Quang Manh as Secretary General of the 15th National Assembly and Head of the National Assembly Office.

Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai was elected Chairperson of the Science , Technology and Environment Committee of the 15th National Assembly.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Dong was elected as a member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly and Chairman of the Committee on Delegate Affairs of the 15th National Assembly.

Regarding the National Assembly's resolution electing Mr. Nguyen Huu Dong as a member of the Standing Committee of the 15th National Assembly, the result showed that 442 delegates participated in the vote (93.25% of the total number of delegates); of which, 442 delegates voted in favor (93.25% of the total number of delegates, equivalent to 100% of the delegates present).

Regarding the resolutions electing Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai as Chair of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment for the 15th term; Mr. Nguyen Huu Dong as Chair of the Committee on Delegate Affairs; and Mr. Le Quang Manh as Secretary General of the National Assembly and Head of the National Assembly Office, the results showed that 434 delegates participated in the vote (91.56% of the total number of National Assembly delegates); of which, 434 delegates voted in favor (91.56% of the total number of delegates, equivalent to 100% of the delegates present).

Also at the session, the National Assembly heard the Secretary General of the National Assembly - Head of the National Assembly Office Le Quang Manh present the draft resolution approving the proposal of the Chairman of the National Election Council regarding the appointment of Mr. Do Thanh Binh, Mr. Nguyen Huu Dong, and Mr. Le Quang Manh as members of the National Election Council.

Subsequently, the National Assembly voted electronically to approve the proposal of the Chairman of the National Election Council regarding the appointment of these individuals as members of the National Election Council.

As a result, 429 delegates participated in the vote (90.51% of the total number of delegates); of which, 429 delegates voted in favor (90.51% of the total number of National Assembly delegates, and 100% of the total number of delegates present).
