At the conference summarizing the emulation movement "Enriching and Cleaning the National Land Database," leaders from the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, the Ministry of Public Security , central ministries and agencies, and representatives from 34 provinces and cities attended in a solemn and enthusiastic atmosphere.

Speaking at the conference, a representative of the Organizing Committee emphasized that the 90-day intensive emulation campaign had spread strongly, mobilizing the decisive participation of agencies, units, and officials at both the central and local levels. Many collectives and individuals demonstrated a high sense of responsibility, proactiveness, and effort to excellently complete their assigned tasks.

In recognition of these outstanding contributions, the Minister of Agriculture and Environment issued a Decision awarding Certificates of Merit to 94 collectives and 237 individuals for their excellent achievements in implementing the emulation movement to enrich and clean up land data. The Decision was signed on December 10, 2025, based on the Law on Emulation and Commendation and related regulations of the Government and the Ministry.

According to the Decision, the awarded collectives and individuals will be responsible for coordinating and fully implementing the contents as stipulated. The Department of Land Management and the Department of Organization and Personnel are the agencies responsible for advising and proposing the list of awards for this round.

Immediately after the announcement of the Decision, the Organizing Committee successively called out the names of the collectives and individuals at the award ceremony. The hall resounded with applause, expressing appreciation for the practical contributions of the units and staff in the implementation of the campaign.

2. Collectives and individuals belonging to the Ministry of Public Security;
3.
