National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man offers incense to commemorate revolutionary predecessors in Vinh Long

At the Memorial Site of Chairman of the Council of Ministers Pham Hung in Long Thuan A hamlet, Long Phuoc commune, Long Ho district, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and the delegation respectfully offered flowers and incense to commemorate and pay tribute to Chairman of the Council of Ministers Pham Hung - a prestigious leader of our Party and State, an outstanding son of the heroic homeland of Vinh Long .

Writing in the book of thoughts, the National Assembly Chairman wished his homeland Vinh Long to become more and more prosperous and the people's lives to become more and more prosperous and happy, as wished by the late Chairman of the Council of Ministers Pham Hung during his lifetime.

Chairman of the Council of Ministers Pham Hung (1912 - 1988) was a staunch and indomitable communist. Throughout his life, comrade Pham Hung was a typical and exemplary model of revolutionary ethics - Diligence, Thrift, Integrity, Uprightness, and Impartiality.

On the same morning, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and the delegation offered flowers and incense at the Memorial Site of Prime Minister Vo Van Kiet in Hamlet 2, Vung Liem Town, Vung Liem District.

Writing in the memorial book, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man emotionally wrote: "I respectfully bow to commemorate the late Prime Minister Vo Van Kiet - an outstanding leader of the Party, State and people, an excellent student of President Ho Chi Minh and an excellent son of Vinh Long province. The late Prime Minister Vo Van Kiet was loyal to the Party's goals and ideals all his life, setting a shining example of dynamism, creativity, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility and a spirit of dedication to serving the Fatherland and the people."

During nearly 70 years of revolutionary activities, comrade Vo Van Kiet (1922 - 2008) held many important leadership positions in the Party and government. With a democratic and in-depth working style, theory closely linked to practice, words matching actions, comrade Vo Van Kiet made many important contributions and left many outstanding marks in the cause of innovation, integration and development of the country.

The National Assembly Chairman welcomed and requested the Party Committee, government and people of Vinh Long province to continue to do a good job in managing the Memorial Site of Prime Minister Vo Van Kiet and the Memorial Site of Chairman of the Council of Ministers Pham Hung, attracting many visitors to visit, study and research, contributing to educating the revolutionary tradition for the younger generation.
