National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue receives 40-year Party membership badge

Speaking at the ceremony, Standing member of the Secretariat Truong Thi Mai affirmed that this is a joy and honor not only for National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue but also for the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo , the National Assembly Party Delegation, relevant Party organizations, Party committees and Party members where he has worked and is working, and his family.

Ms. Mai stated that during her work, the National Assembly Chairwoman was assigned by the Party to hold many important positions of the Party and State at the central and local levels such as: State Auditor General, Minister of Finance, Head of the Central Economic Commission, Deputy Prime Minister, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee and held the position of Party Secretary, Chairman of the 14th and 15th National Assembly from March 2021 to present.

During his career, Mr. Vuong Dinh Hue has made many contributions to the innovation and development of the auditing and financial sectors, the activities of the Central Economic Committee, the Government, and the Hanoi Party Committee.

As Secretary of the National Assembly Party Delegation and Chairman of the National Assembly, he focused on leading and directing the improvement of the quality and effectiveness of the National Assembly's operations in performing its legislative and supervisory functions, deciding on important national issues, promoting the improvement of development institutions, and meeting the Party's leadership requirements.

In particular, recent terms and the term of the 15th National Assembly have made many important contributions to supplementing the theory and practice of implementing the principle that state power is unified, with division, coordination, and supervision among the three legislative, executive, and judicial powers, and building a socialist rule-of-law state.

The Standing Member of the Secretariat also emphasized that during 40 years in the Party, regardless of the circumstances or position, Mr. Hue has always been absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the people, steadfast in Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought, the goals of national independence and socialism.

He constantly cultivated, trained, and promoted his exemplary vanguard spirit, together with the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat, making unceasing efforts to contribute to the cause of Innovation, construction, and protection of the Fatherland.

Ms. Mai also affirmed that as a cadre who grew up from the grassroots and held many positions, Mr. Hue always had strategic thinking, a working style that was close to the grassroots, promoted a sense of responsibility, solidarity, helped comrades and teammates, and was close to the people.

Speaking at the ceremony, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue stated that this was a great honor and joy for him personally.

He emphasized that during more than 40 years of being in the Party's ranks, he was fortunate to be assigned and experience many different working positions, and wherever he was, whatever he did, he was educated, trained, guided, and gradually matured by the Party.

Mr. Hue expressed his sincere gratitude for the leadership, direction and guidance of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, leaders and former leaders of the Party and State, the Vietnam Fatherland Front... through the periods that have always been given to him personally throughout his working process.

"The 40-year Party membership badge - the Party's noble award - is presented to me today, reminding me to always strive harder, strive, cultivate and train more to complete the tasks assigned by the Party, State and people, to be worthy of the title of a Party member," Mr. Hue further emphasized.
