On the side of Cooler Master Group, there was Mr. Andy Lin, Chairman of the Group and the Group's Board of Directors, representing Cooler Master Limited Liability Company in Bac Ninh .
Cooler Master Limited Company was granted the first investment certificate in 2023 and adjusted to increase capital in December 2024, currently the total investment capital reaches more than 200 million USD in Gia Binh Industrial Park. Phase I of the project is expected to come into operation from 2026.
Cooler Master focuses on manufacturing AI server cooling modules, machine learning systems, and precision liquid cooling devices for data centers, with global research and development orientation.
The Group has built a factory in Huizhou (China) and set up representative offices in many countries such as the United States, the Netherlands, Italy, France, Germany, Russia and Brazil.

To expand its scale, the company is negotiating with the Gia Binh Industrial Park infrastructure investor to lease an additional 11 hectares of land; calling on suppliers and partners to join in production to form a sustainable chain of links.
The company plans to lease administrative service land to build housing for workers in the hope of receiving support for early investment implementation. If this plan is approved, the company's total investment capital could increase to 800-900 million USD, bringing cumulative revenue up to about 3 billion USD per year.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan congratulated the Group's initial results, emphasizing that Cooler Master's investment project is one of the major projects in the semiconductor field, prioritized by the province to attract investment.
Highly appreciating the progress of implementation and the ability to disburse investment capital of the Group; recognizing the initiative to attract many suppliers to invest in production, creating a synchronous ecosystem in the supply chain. Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan affirmed: The province always creates favorable conditions for businesses to operate. To support businesses, the provincial leaders have assigned functional departments and branches to coordinate in resolving the Group's recommendations.
The Industrial Park Management Board discussed specifically with infrastructure investors about land lease needs to facilitate timely issuance of investment certificates. It is expected that on August 19, the Provincial People's Committee will hold a ceremony to award investment certificates to major projects and hopes that Cooler Master will complete the procedures to receive them on this occasion.

Regarding training, research and transfer, Bac Ninh province has issued specific resolutions and policies to support the improvement of human resource quality. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board and the Department of Science and Technology to urgently research and propose policies to support human resource training. If the Group establishes a high-quality human resource training center, the province will accompany and aim to build it into an advanced training model for the whole country.

Regarding workers' accommodation, the Department of Construction is assigned to study detailed planning to ensure suitability and feasibility. Provide information on social housing and introduce it to businesses that need to invest as well as rent housing for workers.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan highly appreciated the Group's investment in Gia Binh Industrial Park, which is considered a strategic move because of its favorable location, especially in terms of transportation. He suggested that the enterprise have an outstanding human resource recruitment policy to increase competitiveness and attract high-quality workers, and soon put the project into operation.
