Currently, on social networks, there is some information circulating about the answers to the Literature subject of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam.
On the afternoon of June 30, speaking to reporters, a representative of the Ministry of Education and Training affirmed: "Up to now, the Ministry has not announced the official answers for any subject of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam. According to the plan, the official answers (with suspension marks) for all subjects will be announced after July 5, 2025."
Strictness in the process of marking high school graduation exams 2025
The 2025 high school graduation exam is a special exam, organized simultaneously for 2 groups of candidates: Candidates taking the exam according to the 2018 GeneralEducation Program; Candidates taking the exam according to the 2006 General Education Program.
The exam is even more special, taking place at the peak of administrative unit arrangement and province-city merger.
According to Prof. Dr. Huynh Van Chuong, Director of the Department of Quality Management, Ministry of Education and Training (MOET), the Ministry continues to direct, guide and strengthen inspection, examination and supervision to ensure good implementation of the stages of marking exams, comparing exam score data, announcing exam results, reviewing exam papers, considering high school graduation for candidates and university and college admissions for Preschool Education in 2025.
The inspection teams of the National Examination Steering Committee and the examination marking inspection team of the Ministry of Education and Training will inspect the marking work at all examination councils during this activity to enhance the seriousness of the marking work.
Provinces and centrally-run cities strictly and seriously implement the process of marking essay tests, marking multiple-choice tests and reviewing test papers to ensure compliance with the regulations and instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training. For localities subject to the arrangement of provincial-level administrative units according to Resolution 202, it is necessary to strictly implement the Instruction No. 2999/BGDĐT-QLCL dated June 13, 2025.
According to Deputy Minister of Education and Training Pham Ngoc Thuong, the time to organize the high school graduation exam is for the 3-level government, but when the exam is graded, it is transferred to the 2-level government, which has been foreseen by the Ministry of Education and Training. At the same time, there are documents directing and guiding the professional work for the provinces to pay close attention. Regarding the professional work, according to the regulations, this year, at each exam grading session, the Ministry of Education and Training requires an immediate summary to promptly detect unusual problems (such as many high scores, many low scores...). The Prime Minister also directed 6 "clear" (clear people, clear work, clear time, clear responsibility, clear product, clear authority) in the implementation content.
The Ministry of Education and Training also strengthens the information technology infrastructure to ensure that the announcement of exam results at 8:00 a.m. on July 16, 2025 will absolutely not cause network congestion. At the same time, it is ready to support candidates to change their university and college admission application wishes after the exam results are available.
The Ministry also implements the consideration of high school graduation recognition for candidates in accordance with regulations (No later than July 18, 2025). In particular, focusing on carefully reviewing information on exam registration data and considering recognition of high school graduation.
