Prepare well for the Congress of Central Party Committees

Preparations for the Congress of Party Committees directly under the Central Committee are being carried out urgently and methodically, ensuring progress, quality and in accordance with the direction of the Politburo and Secretariat.

According to the schedule of organizing Party Congresses at all levels, the Party Congresses directly under the Central Committee must be completed before October 31, 2025.

Preparations for the organization of the Party Congresses directly under the Central Committee have been urgently deployed to ensure the success of the congresses, with quality and meeting the set requirements, creating an exciting and trusting atmosphere among all cadres, party members and people.

In recent days, the Politburo and Secretariat have continuously worked with Party Committees directly under the Central Committee.

From the contents of the congress, which have been carefully prepared by the Party Committees in many rounds, the Politburo continues to research and has more profound, dedicated and responsible contributions, requiring the Party Committees to closely follow the major orientations of the Central Committee and place them in the context of the country's general development, especially the new opportunities and chances when implementing the 2-level local government model.

On that basis, the Party Committees once again supplemented and completed the contents of the Congress preparations, focusing on the personnel plan, draft Political Report, and organizational plan.

The methodical and procedural implementation steps, especially the comments of the Politburo, are all the more important in the context that this is the first congress of many Party committees./.
